While ageism (directed toward 20-35 as well as those older 45-60) is wrong, coming out and stating that it is a criteria to be met is even more wrong. You need to rethink this article.
Thank you for your comment. In the article I wrote that the steps I share (self-taught program) are valid for the folks who fit the criteria. Folks who fall outside these criteria I suggest learning Salesforce by participating in training programs. I have taught folks who fall outside the age criteria but it requires more handholding.

I beg to differ. A persons age has little to do with their drive and motivation to accomplish a goal they set before themselves.
It is much harder to learn on own when a person is older. For older people I suggest joining a bootcamp.
